Class finder

All of our yoga classes are designed to make any body type or experience level feel comfortable. Any student can come to any class (excluding intermediate) if they like. However, some students have found that certain classes are more appealing to them than others. While your preferences may vary, this list may be a good place to start. New students may want to try our New Student Sampler pass, offering 2 weeks of unlimited classes.

I would describe myself as:

out of shape

more interested in stress management than "exercise"

nervous about trying yoga for the first time

fit but new to yoga

recovering from an injury or condition

wanting a physically active, challenging class

having a weird schedule
