Everyone is hearing about the benefits of yoga: stress management, physical fitness, flexibility. Every New Year millions resolve to finally get to the mat, but some people aren't sure how to get started. They may worry about attending a class for the first time or may not know how to find the time. Some students worry about a health problem or injury affecting their ability to do yoga or just think they're too out of shape for a traditional class.


If you don't have the time to go to a class, we offer convenient, private yoga lessons at our location. These private sessions can feature a more therapeutic focus to accommodate an injury or physical condition, as well as provide personalized attention to your concerns or requirements.


Private lessons can be a great way to start or deepen a yoga practice. Sometimes even experienced yoga students need a little extra help finding personalized modifications or ways to improve alignment or execution of particular poses. We offer the convenience of purchasing just one hour for people looking for a little "personal practice touch up," or regularly scheduled weekly sessions with a 4-hour discount pack for more in-depth attention or yoga therapy.
