Type A Yoga

Please note: Type A Yoga is a beginner-friendly studio.
Students brand new to yoga are welcome in ALL classes unless specifically noted otherwise.

Classes are for adults unless otherwise specified, although teens 16+ may attend if accompanied by an adult.

Occasionally children under 16 may attend a regular class with parents but only if prior arrangements have been made with the instructor in advance.

All of our classes are a combination of the following features:

To aid you in selecting a class suited to your needs, we have classified them below on a scale of 1 to 5 to indicate a low level of focus (1) or a high level of focus (5). Please understand that teaching to the student's needs is our top priority, and we may deviate from the guide below when appropriate.
